Tigran Okhanyan \u2013 Founder of EcoVille Holding<\/strong><\/p>\n Q: Looking back over the past decade, how would you summarize EcoVille Holding\u2019s key achievements and what sets it apart in the solar energy sector?<\/p>\n \u201cFrom day one, our mission at EcoVille was to make clean energy not just accessible, but reliable and high-quality \u2014 whether for a home, a business, or a utility-scale power plant. Since founding the company in 2015, we\u2019ve installed over 300 MW of solar capacity and completed more than 10,000 projects across the region.<\/p>\n Some of our key milestones include launching our full-cycle EPC model, expanding into large-scale solar development, and establishing deep partnerships with global technology leaders. In the past year alone, we built 10 utility-scale solar farms totalling 60 MW, and provided design and author supervision for an additional 75 MW, at a rate of 1 MW per day during the peak periods.<\/p>\n What sets us apart is consistency. Switzerland is a highly regulated, well-developed market, and entering it validated that our technical standards and service quality meet top-tier European benchmarks. We\u2019ve already started delivering residential and commercial projects there, contributing to the country\u2019s long-term Energy Strategy.<\/p>\n This international boost strengthens our ability to transfer advanced expertise, technologies, and best practices across markets, including to arising markets like Georgia. The country offers significant solar capacity, growing investor interest, and favorable long-term conditions for renewable energy development. In 2024, we focused on expanding our operational readiness: strengthening our team, enhancing service capacity, and preparing for the expected shift from net metering to net billing.<\/p>\n Forecasting the upcoming legislative changes, we will be ready to offer energy storage systems produced by EcoVille. These systems allow clients to store and use more of their own energy, increasing independence and reducing reliance on the grid. We\u2019re also prepared to provide direct connection solutions as an additional option. Every project we implement is tailored to the customer\u2019s specific needs, whether residential, commercial or utility-scale.<\/p>\n At the same time, we\u2019re actively raising awareness across the country through education, outreach, and public engagement, especially in regions where knowledge of solar energy is still developing.<\/p>\n On the large-scale side, we\u2019re applying the Holding\u2019s extensive utility-scale experience and currently support investors with engineering, design, and construction supervision services.
